Returns & Refunds

We take great care in creating and packaging our products. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to assist — with a few guidelines in place to ensure a smooth and fair process.

Returns Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging, with all components included.

  • Products must be received back in their original condition.

Returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing pieces may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Requests made outside the return window

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@neatlyyou.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief reason for the return

  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or untracked returns.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of its status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds apply to the product price only.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it promptly with a replacement or refund, based on availability.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Eligible items may be returned, and a new order placed.
