We take care in preparing and shipping every order to ensure it arrives safely and on time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Expedited shipping options, when available, will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

  • Once marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend checking with your local carrier or delivery location.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned to us due to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

For packages lost in transit, we’ll do our best to assist, though we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
